How can I track the status of my order?

When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation and Bpost Track & Trace link.

On your account page at Marie Méro you will find an overview of your orders + Track & Trace links.

We advise you to check the status of your order via your account.
Orders from our warehouse are shipped within 24 hours. Orders from Marie Méro concept stores have an average delivery time of 3-5 working days.

What if I received part of my order?

Part of your order may come from one of our Concept Stores. This may extend the delivery time of that portion of your order.
We are working to deliver your order as soon as possible.

I made a purchase at a Concept Store and chose delivery to my home address, when will I receive it?

We deliver your items to your home within 7 working days.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a track & trace link from Bpost so you can track your package.

What delivery options are available?

There are 3 options available.
1. You can have your order delivered to your home.
2. You can have your order delivered to a pick-up point.
3. You can have your order delivered to one of our points of sale.

Can I choose a specific day that delivery can take place?

No, choosing a specific delivery day is unfortunately not possible during your ordering process.
However, you can change your delivery preferences on the Bpost website with the tracking number you received.
You can indicate there that if you are not at home, they will bring your order to a pickup point.

Is it possible to choose a delivery address?

Choose your own delivery address: home, Bpost collection point or parcel machine, Marie Méro Concept Store or a Marie Méro point of sale.
Please note that deliveries to the UK or non-European countries may incur additional transport costs. Please refer to our terms and conditions (article 5) for more information.

Can I change my delivery address after confirming my order?

No, it is not possible to change the delivery address after confirming your order.
Make sure you enter the correct delivery address during the order phase.
However, you can change your delivery preferences on the Bpost site with your tracking number that you receive. You can indicate there that if you are not at home, they will take your order to a pickup point.
