Can I choose a delivery address?
mariemero.be allows you to choose the delivery address yourself. This can be at your home or a Bpost collection point. But this can also be a Marie Méro concept store or a Marie Méro point of sale. Please note: deliveries to the UK and other non-European countries may incur an additional transport cost. Please consult our conditions article 5!
Can I change the delivery address after confirming my order?
For organizational reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery address after confirming your order. So carefully enter the delivery address when you are at the order stage.
Can I have my order delivered to my home?
You can choose to have the package delivered to your home by Bpost. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Bpost will leave a message in your letterbox. You can then pick up the parcel at the postal outlet during opening hours.
How can I follow the status of my order?
The moment your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a bpost Track & Trace link by e-mail. You can track your order on the bpost website.
When will my order be delivered?
If your order is immediately available in our warehouse, it will be sent to you within 24 hours. You will receive a track and trace mail as soon as your package is received and processed by the postal service.
Some orders we get for you from our Marie Méro outlets. Of these, the delivery time is 3 working days on average.
