Question about returns?

I am not receiving my return label via mail?

You request your return via the portal: Marie Méro return portal.
If you do not receive an e-mail from Bpost with your return label in your mailbox, please check your junk mail or SPAM.
No mail? Contact us via webshop@mariemero.be 

What are the return conditions?

Marie Méro's head office will be closed from 24 December 2025 to 1 January 2026. Your return will be processed from 5 January 2026.

You can submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return requests after this period will not be accepted. You can return your order provided that the clothing is unworn and in its original condition. Trying on the clothing is certainly allowed.
The return cost is 5 euros, which you pay during the return process.
During the return process, you can also exchange your item for a different size: Marie Méro return portal.

How do I return an item?

Option 1: via a Marie Méro Concept Store (free of charge)

- Return your package in its original box to a Concept Store

- Return is free of charge; refund is made through the main office within 15 days.

Option 2: via post (5 euro return charge)

- Create a return label via our portal. Click on Marie Méro return portal.
Receive the label by email (check your spam folder), stick it on the box and drop it off at a DHL point.

You pay the €5 return cost when you request the return. The refund is equal to your order amount.

UK and non-European countries:

- Contact webshop@mariemero.be for a commercial invoice.

- Add the invoice to the package and return at your own expense with a Track & Trace number. Without this number, follow-up until delivery is not possible with us.

- There will be 15 euro import fee deducted from the return amount.

Can I track my return?

Yes, that is certainly possible.
You will receive a Track & Trace code when you request your return shipment via the portal. You enter this code on the courier's tracking page. You will also receive emails from the courier when your return package is received at our warehouse in Aalter.

How do I receive a refund for my return?

Marie Méro hoofdkantoor is gesloten vanaf 24 december 2025 tot en met 1 januari 2026. Jouw retour wordt verwerkt vanaf 5 januari 2026.

Your refund will be made to the payment method you used to place the order. If you sent your return via a courier, you paid €5 during the return process.
You will receive a full refund of your order amount in your account.

If you have returned your order to one of our Concept Stores, the full amount will be refunded and you will not be charged the € 5 return fee.

Your loyalty discount will be automatically adjusted in the event of a return. In the event of a return, the loyalty discount will be reduced for your next purchase. This adjustment will be made within 24 hours of the refund.

I received part of my order, can I return it already?

This is certainly possible. If your order consists of a partial delivery, it is certainly possible to return the first part before you have received the complete order.

Do the same return conditions apply during the outlet online?

Yes, the same return conditions apply during the outlet sale. You can submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Return requests after this period will no longer be accepted.

You can return your order provided that the clothing is unworn and in its original condition. Trying on the clothing is certainly allowed.

You do not earn loyalty discounts at the online outlet, so no adjustments will be made in the event of a return.
