Question about returns?

I am not receiving my return label via mail?

You request your return via the portal:  https://mariemero.shipping-portal.com/rp/.

If you do not receive an e-mail from Bpost with your return label in your mailbox, please check your junk mail or SPAM.

What are the return conditions?

Within 15 days of receiving your order, you may request a return.
Requests for returns after this period will not be accepted. You can return
order on the condition that the clothes are unworn and in their
original condition. Trying on the clothes is allowed.

How do I return an item?

Option 1: via a Marie Méro Concept Store (free of charge)

- Return your package in its original box to a Concept Store
- Return is free of charge; refund is made through the main office within 14 days.

Option 2: via post (5 euro return charge)

- Create a return label via Bpost. Click on https://mariemero.shipping-portal.com/rp/.
- Receive the label by e-mail (check SPAM mailbox), stick it on the box and hand it in at a Bpost point.
- The return cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

UK and non-European countries:

- Contact webshop@mariemero.be for a commercial invoice.
- Add the invoice to the package and return at your own expense with a Track & Trace number. Without this number, follow-up until delivery is not possible with us.
- There will be 15 euro import fee deducted from the return amount.

Can I track my return?

Yes, that is certainly possible.
You get a Bpost Track & Trace code when you hand in your return shipment at a postal point. From then on, you can track your shipment on the Bpost website.

How do I receive a refund for my return?

Your refund will be made to the payment method you used to place the order. If you have sent your return by post, a 5 euro return fee will be deducted.
If you have deposited your return in one of our Concept Stores, the full amount will be refunded.

I received part of my order, can I return it already?

This is certainly possible. If your order consists of a partial delivery, it is certainly possible to return the first part before you have received the complete order.
