Contest Rules Proud To Wear Marie Méro Days March 2024
CONTEST “WIN back your purchase”
Anyone visiting one of our Marie Méro concept stores during the PTWMMD can enter the contest by purchasing items from the S25 collection. To enter, complete the contest flyer, answer the questions, and deposit your entry in the designated contest box. The contest runs from March 6, 2025, to March 9, 2005.

COMPETITION RULES
The contest runs from March 6, 2025, to March 9, 2025. One winner per Concept Store: those who answer the tiebreaker question closest will win. The tiebreaker question includes the total number of entries from all concept store participants.
At ex-aeco, an innocent hand will choose from those with the same answer. The winners will be contacted personally based on the information they previously provided, no later than the week following the contest closing date. We will announce the winners starting March 17, 2025.
Anyone who purchases at least one item from the S25 collection can enter the contest. The number of participants is unlimited. Each participant may only enter once per contest, unless otherwise stated in the contest. By participating in this contest, each participant accepts the rules and any contest decisions made by the organizers. In the event of a dispute, their decisions are final and final.
Entry to this contest is by submitting your ticket at one of our concept stores. Each participant may only enter once, as follows:
Each person who has registered as such can only participate once. If it turns out that the participant has registered multiple times and thus participates multiple times, they will be excluded from the competition.
NV J. Van der Elst reserves the right to remove anyone who does not meet the stated requirements from the competition. These individuals will therefore not be eligible for the prize.
Late entries (after the stated closing date of the competition) will not be considered, regardless of the reason for the delay. NV J. Van der Elst cannot be held liable for such occurrences. Incomplete answers will be rejected.
Employees of Marie Méro are excluded from participating in the competition.
There are only 12 winners. The prize to be won is the value of your purchase and will be awarded via a purchase voucher (max. amount €250).
The prize is non-exchangeable and cannot be paid out in cash.
The price includes VAT.
Any prize not collected within the agreed period (until 31/03/2025) will be forfeited.
Upon receiving the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity and address. If this information does not match the information provided, the winner will lose their right to a prize.
By participating in the contest, the winners tacitly consent to the publication and use of their name, address, and appearance, and waive any and all rights and claims for damages in this regard. The winners' names will be published on Marie Méro's Facebook page, if applicable.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding this contest. Participants automatically agree to these contest rules.
Under no circumstances can NV J. Van der Elst be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of this site or other linked sites, particularly any financial or commercial loss, loss of programs or data in your computer system, or otherwise, even if NV J. Van der Elst is aware that such damages might occur. NV J. Van der Elst cannot be held liable to you or to third parties for any modification, suspension, interruption, or termination of your access to the site.
The information and personal data are collected and processed in a fair and lawful manner, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.

Printing, spelling, typographical, technical or other such errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever on the part of NV J. Van der Elst.
NV Van der Elst oversees the smooth running of the competition and has final authority in all cases of dispute. In the event of force majeure or to ensure the smooth running of the competition, it reserves the right to make any decisions that may shorten, postpone, modify, transfer, extend, or cancel this competition, or any part or phase thereof, temporarily or otherwise.
Despite all the precautions NV J. Van der Elst takes in creating and designing the website and organizing the competition, it is possible that information may be incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient (e.g., a typo, an image error, etc.). Such errors are not binding on NV J. Van der Elst and cannot be held against it.
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law and any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Ghent.
