Fashion Advisor Responsible (Shop Manager)
What can you expect from a job as a Fashion Advisor Responsible (shop manager)?
- As a Fashion Advisor Manager at Marie Méro, you are the driving force behind our concept store and a source of inspiration for your team.
- You manage the team on a daily basis, motivating and coaching them to achieve sales targets together.
- You have a passion for fashion and help our customers find the perfect outfit — always with an eye for style, fit, and personality.
- You are responsible for managing inventory and the cash register.
- You translate Marie Méro's brand strategy to the shop floor and actively contribute to improvements and new ideas.
Who are we looking for?
- You have experience in managing, coaching and motivating a sales team in the higher segment.
- You have proven success in achieving sales targets.
- You are proactive, results-oriented and have strong communication skills.
- You have a representative appearance and know how to create a warm, positive shopping experience.
- You are flexible and willing to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
