How can I place an order?
1. Go to www.mariemero.be
2. Select the desired item.
3. Choose your size.
4. Click on 'add to cart'.
5. Click on your shopping cart in the upper right corner for an overview.
6. Make any changes to the shopping cart.
7. Click 'next' to complete the order.
8. Follow the further steps to payment.
What's the right size for me?
Click on the size chart present on each page. You can find this on each item under product details. You also have a size button next to each item that can help you find the right size. Please be aware of items that are smaller or larger than the size chart. This prevents misunderstandings when selecting the size.
What if I received part of my order?
Part of your order may have come from one of our concept stores. This may extend the delivery time of that portion of your order. We are working to deliver your order as soon as possible.
How to follow the status of my order?
- Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail with a shipping confirmation and Bpost Track & Trace link. Track your order on the Bpost website.
- On your account page you will find an overview of your orders + Track & Trace links. We advise you to check the status of your order via your account.
- Orders from our warehouse are shipped within 24 hours.
- Orders from Marie Méro outlets have an average delivery time of 3-5 business days.
I am not receiving my return Bpost label via mail?
- The mails from Bpost often end up in junk mail or SPAM.
- No mail? Contact us at webshop@mariemero.be or 09 374 11 71.
Can I choose a delivery address?
- Choose your own delivery address: home, Bpost, Marie Méro concept store or a Marie Méro point of sale.
- Please note that deliveries to the UK or non-European countries may incur additional transport costs.
- Consult our terms and conditions (article 5) for more.
Can I exchange or return my articles?
You cannot exchange directly. You can return all articles purchased through the Marie Méro webshop. You can exchange articles by returning the article(s) to be replaced and then immediately place a new order on the website. This way you can immediately see if the article is still available.
Within 15 days of receiving your order, you can request a return. Requests for returns after this period will not be accepted. To return your package there are 2 options. This applies to all returns from Europe.
Option 1: VIA THE POST (5 euro return charge)
- Create a return label via Bpost. Click on https://mariemero.shipping-portal.com/rp/.
- Receive the label by e-mail (check SPAM mailbox), stick it on the box and hand it in at a Bpost point.
- The return cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Option 2: VIA A MARIE MERO CONCEPT STORE (free of charge)
- Bring your package in its original box to a concept store.
- Return is free of charge; refund is made through the main office.
UK AND NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRIES:
- Contact webshop@mariemero.be for a commercial invoice
- Attach the invoice to the package and return at your own expense with a Track & Trace number. Without this number, follow-up to delivery is not possible with us.
- Any import costs will be deducted from the return amount.
Can I change the delivery address after confirming my order?
No, it is not possible to change the delivery address after confirming. Make sure you enter the correct delivery address during the order stage.
How to pay for my chosen articles?
We accept Bancontact, Ideal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.
Is my payment secure?
Shopify Payments is our partner for all your payments on our webshop. Hereby we guarantee you a quick and safe payment. Your personal data is secured through SSL to obtain the highest safety level. With this you are protected against online fraud. Your credit card number will never be communicated to us.
