As a Fashion Advisor Manager at Marie Méro, you are the driving force in the concept store and a source of inspiration for your team.
- You are responsible for the daily management and coaching of your team.
As a true people manager, you also know how to motivate your team to achieve sales targets.
You are passionate about fashion and, together with your team, are ready to advise and inspire our customers in finding the perfect outfit.
- You are responsible for managing the stock and the cash register.
You share Marie Méro's strategy and you are not afraid to contribute ideas and contribute your ideas.
Who are we looking for?
Do you already have initial experience in managing, coaching and motivating a sales team in the higher segment and does this energize you?
- Do you have experience and proven success in achieving sales targets?
