Life long learning.. an important issue at Marie Méro! We find it very important to grow as a company, together with our employees. Our staff instore, our fashion advisors responsables and shopmanagers come to enjoy a full day of training, every 6 months.
During these trainingsessions we learn them to grow in their job and how to level up the service they give to you, our customers.
Our FAV-day was a lovely day with our team of 9 FAVs, guided by Marjolein our retail manager. An early morning for all of them so we started with a small breakfast and some chats. Our trainingsession that day covered insights in KPI and data. We had our lunch on the sunny terrace to relax after the morningsession. In the afternoon we presented our next workshop and had some funny aerobics to relax. In the evening we spoiled our 9 FAVs: their hair was done, a make-up artist did her job very well and photographer Bart De Burgh made the most beautiful pictures of all of them.
We've had a splendid day and everybody got so much energy to go back home!
