Find my Fit Competition Rules
COMPETITION/COURSE "Will you be one of the new faces of our Find my Fit campaign?"
For the next Find My Fit campaign, Marie Méro is looking for five women who want to express their style and confidence on camera. Marie Méro is looking for a mix of five women of different ages, sizes, and body types (X, Y, H, O, A). To participate, fill out the Google form and submit a photo (preferably one that shows you in full). The contest runs from May 15, 2025, to June 14, 2005. You can find the contest rules at www.mariemero.be and in the Concept Stores.
COMPETITION RULES
The competition runs from 15/05/2025 to 14/06/2005.
You can only participate in this competition by completing the Google Forms, the link of which is mentioned in the social media announcement and on the Marie Méro landing page http://www.mariemero.be/pages/find-my-fit-wedstrijd
Each participant may only enter once. Each person registered as such can only play once.
NV J. Van der Elst reserves the right to remove anyone who does not meet the stated requirements from the competition. These individuals will therefore not be eligible for the prize.
Late entries (after the stated closing date of the competition) will not be considered, regardless of the reason for the delay. NV J. Van der Elst cannot be held liable for such occurrences. Incomplete answers will be rejected.
Course of the match:
The selection will be made by the Marie Méro styling team based on the following parameters: body type, clothing size and age. Marie Méro is looking for a mix of five women of different ages, sizes, and body types (X, Y, H, O, A). Therefore, the selection will not be based solely on the photo. Those selected will be notified personally by June 30, 2025.
Only 5 have been selected. Each selected person will receive:
• A professional makeover by our beauty team
• Personal styling advice that suits your figure
• A photo shoot in a warm, inspiring atmosphere
• An outfit of your choice worth €250 including VAT
• And of course: beautiful photos as a lasting memory
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid in cash. To be selected, you must be available on August 28, 2025, for the photoshoot. If this turns out not to be the case, or if the participant is unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, the jury will select another participant from the entries.
Upon receiving the prize, the winner must provide proof of identity and address. If this information does not match the information provided, the winner will lose their right to a prize.
By participating in the contest, the winners tacitly consent to the publication and use of their name, address, photos, and appearance, and waive any and all rights and claims for damages in this regard. The winners' names will be published on Marie Méro's Facebook page, if applicable.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding this contest. Participants automatically agree to these contest rules.
Under no circumstances can NV J. Van der Elst be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of this site or other linked sites, particularly any financial or commercial loss, loss of programs or data in your computer system, or otherwise, even if NV J. Van der Elst is aware that such damages might occur. NV J. Van der Elst cannot be held liable to you or to third parties for any modification, suspension, interruption, or termination of your access to the site.
The information and personal data are collected and processed in a fair and lawful manner, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data.
By entering your personal data, you acknowledge and agree that this information may be used to keep you informed about Marie Méro in the future. If you no longer wish to receive such information, you can unsubscribe from newsletters.
Printing, spelling, typographical, technical or other such errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever on the part of NV J. Van der Elst.
NV Van der Elst oversees the smooth running of the competition and has final authority in all cases of dispute. In the event of force majeure or to ensure the smooth running of the competition, it reserves the right to make any decisions that may shorten, postpone, modify, transfer, extend, or cancel this competition, or any part or phase thereof, temporarily or otherwise.
Despite all the precautions NV J. Van der Elst takes in creating and designing the website and organizing the competition, it is possible that information may be incomplete, incorrect, or insufficient (e.g., a typo, an image error, etc.). Such errors are not binding on NV J. Van der Elst and cannot be held against it.
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law and any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Ghent.
